𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄
The Finance & Admin Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring efficient financial operations, administrative management, and project coordination. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with partners, financial institutions, and internal teams.
The position is based in Dhaka, but the incumbent must be 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀 for field monitoring, coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
1. 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 & 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴
– Manage daily financial transactions, bookkeeping, and expense tracking.
– Prepare vouchers, maintain cash and bank books, and reconcile accounts.
-Support budget preparation, fund requests, and expenditure reporting.
– Ensure financial records comply with organizational and audit standards.
2. 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 & 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
– Manage office administration, logistics, and procurement activities.
– Coordinate communication and documentation among project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
– Maintain HR-related documentation and support recruitment logistics.
– Oversee inventory, assets, and vendor management.
3. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 & 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
– Assist in project implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
– Support field teams in documentation and operational planning.
– Ensure smooth coordination between partners, financial institutions, and Agrows management.
– Prepare periodic reports and assist management in decision-making.
4. 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗗𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
– Maintain accurate and updated records for finance, admin, and project operations.
– Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant statutory requirements.
– Support internal and external audits as required.
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
– Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in finance, admin, or project coordination (more experience preferred).
– Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting software (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks, Odoo, or similar).
– Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
– Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and travel as required.
